Fully automatic scissor type horizontal band saw machine is typically designed for fully automatic precise cutting various metals or non-metallic materials, such as stainless steel, steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and wide range of other alloys, plus wood, plastic, rubber, and so on, This kind of band saw machine can fully automatically cut round material with diameter up to 350mm (14") and square sheets in size up to 320mm(H) * 450mm(W) or 12.50"(H) * 17.75"(W).
The guaranteed cut-off accuracy is +/- 0.1 mm/100 mm of material cut.
It is widely used in a variety of industries such as steel processing industry, steel furniture manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, aircraft manufacturing, fitting equipment manufacturing, packaging industry, ceramic cutting industry and so on.
Main Features of Fully Automatic Scissor Type Horizontal Band Saw Machine
