The fully automatic gantry type horizontal band saw machines are tough machines, which are designed to handle the demands of fabricator, steel service centers, machine shops, forging and die shops, and metal service centers. And it cuts solids, tubing, channels, aircraft grade materials, as well as non-ferrous, stainless, and Hi-Temp alloys. It is ideal for completing multiple slugging of parts, rounds, squares and structural material. This kind of band saw machine can fully automatically cut round material with diameter up to 1000mm (40") and square sheets in size up to 1000mm(H) * 1000mm(W) or 40"(H) * 40"(W),The guaranteed cut-off accuracy is +/- 0,1 mm/100 mm of material cut.
Main Features of Fully Automatic Gantry Type Horizontal Band Saw Machine
1. Automatic cutting material feeding.
2. Germany worm, gear and main motor.
3. Japan MITSUBISHI PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), which controls the whole sawing/cutting process.
4. Taiwan solenoid valve and oil pump
5. Turbine box with high pulling torque and low noise
6. Man-machine interface replaces the traditional control panel, the working status is indicated by a lamp, the working parameters and the operation guidance can be set and displayed on the screen.
7. Feed length is 500mm one way, which is controlled by grating ruler, the tolerance is less than 0.2mm.
8. Saw blade guidance device is equipped with the anti-friction bearing and hard alloy.
